Leaf prints are a fun project that kids love!

What you need: paper plates, finger paint, paper, leaves

Step 1: Gather leaves of various kinds in the fall (or any time of the year). 

Step 2: Get out the finger paint.

Step 3: Put a dab of paint onto several paper plates--one for each color.

Step 4: Let the children dip a leaf in the paint and then press it onto

Step 5: Let dry.

You could also use this idea to make a tree!
